BACKGROUND OF COMPANY

ANZ with address at No. 10, 11, 12, Mezzanine Floor, Taman Sri Intan, Jalan Sultan Omar, 20300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Darul Iman was incorporated in mid 1993 to suit the present and future services encompassing general construction and property development within the East Coast region. Since then, ANZ has been actively involved in the housing development and general construction industry particularly in the state of Terengganu Darul Iman.

ANZ is a fusion of young and energetic entrepreneurs with innovative ideas taking full advantage of excellent economic climate in general as well as new business avenues brought about by the Government in pursuit of Malaysia's Vision of 2020. Operating principally from its headquarters in Kuala Terengganu, it does not restrict its operation to a local state of Terengganu and has successfully undertaken projects in other states throughout Malaysia such as Pahang and Kelantan.

ANZ takes pride in its very excellent record and great reputation as both developer and contractor. This is proven with list of successful projects completed on time, especially for housing projects in Terengganu and being well known for no compromise to the quality and workmanship.

ANZ is a registered and licensed housing developer certified by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia. The company is also registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK), Construction Industry and Development Board (CIDB), and PETRONAS. Backed with considerable wealth of land banks within the state of Terengganu, ANZ always seek the best opportunity to develop a range of well structured, aesthetically and equally value for money residential and recreational developments.

 ANZ has also been involved in general construction activities relating to Oil & Gas industry as well as other private development. By offering Clients an integrated construction capability with experienced and capable in–house construction arm, ANZ has the personnel, equipments and contacts to undertake both large and small scale projects in any field relating to civil or multi-disciplined engineering.

ANZ believed in completing any task given to them to be on time and budget. Complacency on this aspect is very much a no-no to the Company and it will always strive very hard to maintain the policy in all of its ventures. To this end, experienced and skilled personnel are employed in all stages of constructions, right from conceptual to handing over or final commissioning.
